Sergamon Draco wrote:I stated that we bring real liberty and freedom to all not to raise any new faction to power, and if we should shatter the factions and new faction would come to power, but same time unite people and would end all fighting and bloodshead against each other.Would that be so horrible? And i also said it will not happen in near future so we have plenty of time gather resources and isk,and what you 21yrOLD Knight said is when the time comes that we lose our income, but there will still be corp and they have allways have work to do.And Denak that what i have said is my own opinion and that is my right to say what i want, and that is the liberty and freedom what i want to every man, woman, and child in new eden. And i want that they dont have to be affraid to say what they want or people with no wealth or no power has voice that count like people with wealth and power. Freedom and liberty are dangerous concepts when the unworthy are able to take upon themselves positions of regulation or power.
Without the rule of the Empires New Eden would degenerate into a mass of weak minded and willed fools, devoid of the concepts of duty, loyalty, and purity.
No friend mercenaries will never rule the stars, we cannot tear down the heavens on out own without the aid of our capsuleers, and they given the status quo, I believe, will not raise arms against the empires with any intent other than to remain as loyalists to one faction or another.
While you many have the right to say what you want, it does not mean you will be met with a positive reception. You liberalist, gallentean ideals find no purchase with me. I consider your people weak and corrupt, a debasement of what could have been a bastion of the faith in this universe, and a foul reflected image of the glorious Amarrian empire.
With a concept like freedom you are abandoning the common man, his freedom entitles him to be poor, weak, and forever a loser in life, you condemn this man to suffering and misery because you pushed your freedom on him. Had he been within the fold of the the Empire or the State as long as he worked he would have been taken care of by his people.
Unity is the more powerful concept in New Eden. Its the more positive for Humanity. |

Galm Fae wrote:I am not entirely sure if you are advocating anarchy or communism. In both cases, good luck. With the state of empyreans right now, there is little to no chance that tube rats like us can truly dethrone an Empire. There are too many of them and too little of us. Your folley here comes from having too broad of a spectrum for your vision. A word we Caldari like to use is focused aggression. Pick a target and weather away at it until it can no longer stand.
Namely among these targets, the destruction of the Amarr Empire. If you would truly like to make a difference, begin there.
All other Empires at their core are of no concern to me. Yes, each of them as their own evils. Yet as a Caldari, I am concerned chiefly about the concerns of the Caldari. It is not our duty, nor interest to shepard the rest of humanity under our banner. You claim to seek an end to all empires, but I ask you: What is so wrong about the State? With the hnolku Heth out of power, the meritocratic ideals of our nation may finally rise to the status it held before the fall of the Raata Empire.
The Gallente have indeed been our longstanding enemies for obvious reason. Yet the question has been raised, even if we were to win a war against the Gallente, what purpose would it serve us in destroying their empire? All that would leave us with is a universe of kakku that the State would be left to support and waste materials attempting to fold them all into the Caldari society, which would likely come at the cost of diluting our own cultural ties. Reparations will be paid for what they have done to our State, make no mistake about that. But as far as seeking to destroy the Gallente? That was a fight that was decided in the first Caldari-Gallente War. Rather than squabbling for the rest of eternity, we need to learn to put the past behind us and attempt to seek out better forms of reaching our goals. Short of a reclamation of Caldari Prime as our homeworld and the annexation of several Intaki worlds, I feel that there isn't much that we disagree on. Our hatred is bred purely from more hatred, a cycle that we can end now.
My opinons on the Minmatar are at best sympathetic and at worst indifferent. It is unfortunate that they are horrible at picking friends, as the Gallente have only ever further destablized relations in the Republic while politically castrating it into an uneasy alliance. At the end of the day, the technical and military prowess of the Republic is similar to our own. I find that the Caldari and the Minmatar are two faces of the same coin. One, taken by force by the Amarr, the other gradually "corrected" and trained into future assimilation.
Which brings me to the Amarr.
They are without a doubt the greatest threat to our property. They seek to alter our very way of life and make us become another branch of their empire, only to be forever subjugated the will of the True Amarr. Whether the slavery will be literal or metaphorical is still yet to be seen. We Caldari made a deal with a horror we could not have known based on the hatred towards the Gallente, a mistake that will haunt us until we hault all support of the Amarr Empire. Unless we Caldari are able to prevent foreign powers from consuming our identity, we will be devoured and carved apart for "holy" nobles. We are their only friend right now. Were we to unite against them, the Golden Fleet might finally be reduced to ash and their Empess can be placed in the same chains in which she has locked countless Minmatar to a life of bondage.
Watch you words filth.
I respect the Caldari peoples. They are a puritanical race, honourable, noble, and proud. I have fought with them in every corner of New Eden and count them amongst my allies.
And yet one talks about taking up arms against their allies? A Dragonaur exile no less.... |

Caldari speaks wise words. Tho personally I would accept unconditional surrender, too, from the Empess.
We who would have welcomed you into the Holy Empire are saddened by your ignorance Matari. You who spat in our faces when we offered you God's light have condemned yourselves as apostates. Do not presume to speak for those who willingly board the golden ships and enter into the holy toil so as to become closer to God.
This Caldari you speak is constantly motivated by fear. Fear of his past, fear of his present, fear of the future it no doubt seems. Do you call acting in fear wise? |

Galm Fae wrote:Adamance, you know nothing. You had the the audacity to mention the Dragonaurs to me, then you call me a coward. You think you have me figured out, but there is a power in me you can not know. I chose to leave that life. If you think I am motivated by fear, you are only half right. You fail to grasp what I am afraid of. I am not afraid of you, Templar, I can assure you of that.
My own actions may be subject to question, fine, but the truth of the Amarrs' sins are undeniable. A race that holds another against its will is one thing, but you Imperials have done a particularly wonderful job of exercising this evil. Toxins, viruses, collars, neural implants, and all the brutality expected of a religions inquisition have featured in your 'benevolent' history. If you truly symbolize the will of your god, than I would rather be wicked than righteous. The actions of the Amarr are unforgivable. Actions that I have seen firsthand.
I don't need your fear only for you to cease and desist your slanderous nonsense you were speaking. I apologise. Sometime in my fervour I speak out of turn.
I will not begin to argue the Amarrian moral stand point on Slavery to yet another soul who either has not listened or will refuse to since no one racial group in this cluster is without sin.
Fae you have spoken time and time again about double standards in this galaxy. Why do you hold the so called sins of the Amarr to be that much worse than any other group?
(( also OOC I wont every respond to anecdotal lore reasons for anything because as I know most RPers back stories change to suit themselves or I will respond to them with my own anecdotal lore stories god knows Im writing one about a thankful matari slave right now)) |
